At Sniffkar Attar, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. While we typically don't accept returns for fragrance items due to their nature, we do make exceptions for special cases such as damaged products. Please carefully review the following guidelines:

To be eligible for a return due to damage or defect, please contact our customer care team within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us at sniffkar@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

If your return request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask that you inspect it for any defects or damages. If you discover any issues with your purchase, please notify us immediately so we can address the situation promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, most fragrance items are non-returnable.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Although we typically do not facilitate exchanges for fragrance items, if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, we will be more than happy to exchange it for a replacement. Please reach out to our customer care team for assistance with exchanges.

Refunds:

If a refund is necessary due to a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund after inspecting the returned product. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
